Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dreem Websites (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with Dreem Command (the “Service”), a platform we use to manage websites, content, and social media for our clients. By using the Service or connecting an account to it, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — the name and email address of users we grant access to the Service.
- Client & site configuration — the websites, business details, and content settings you manage in the Service.
- Connected-platform access — when you connect a third-party account (such as Google or Facebook), we store the access tokens needed to perform the actions you request. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Content — articles, posts, and images created or published through the Service.
- Usage data — basic logs needed to operate, secure, and debug the Service.
2. Facebook / Meta Platform data
When you connect a Facebook Page, we use the Meta Graph API and request only the permissions needed to publish content you schedule: the ability to list the Pages you manage (pages_show_list), read basic Page engagement (pages_read_engagement), and publish posts to your Page (pages_manage_posts).
- We access the connected Page’s name, ID, and access token, and use the token solely to publish the posts you create or schedule in the Service.
- We do not collect your personal Facebook profile data beyond your name for display, we do not post without your configuration, and we do not sell or share this data.
- You can disconnect a Page at any time in the Service, or remove our app from your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, which immediately revokes our access.
3. Google data
Where you connect Google services (such as Search Console or Business Profile), we use the granted access only to read the performance data and publish the updates you request, under the same encryption and non-sale terms described above, and in line with Google’s API Services User Data Policy.
4. How we use information
We use the information to operate the Service: to publish and schedule content to your connected platforms, generate reports, and maintain security. We do not sell personal information or use connected-platform data for advertising.
5. Sharing
We share data only as needed to provide the Service: with the platforms you connect (Google, Meta) to carry out your requests, and with infrastructure and email providers that host or deliver the Service under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.
6. Retention & security
We keep information for as long as your account or connection is active, then delete it on request (see Data Deletion). Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and access to the Service is restricted to authorized users.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. You can revoke connected-platform access from within the Service or from that platform’s settings.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
