These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Dreem Command (the “Service”), operated by Dreem Websites (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Dreem Command is a platform used to manage websites, content, and social media on behalf of our clients, including generating and publishing content and scheduling posts to connected third-party platforms.

2. Accounts & access

Access is provided to authorized users only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. You must be authorized to manage any website, business profile, or social account you connect.

3. Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party account (such as Google or Facebook), you authorize us to perform the actions you request through that platform’s API on your behalf. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies (including the Meta Platform Terms and Google API Services Terms), and you represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to connect each account and publish to it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content, to violate any third-party platform’s policies, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

5. Content

You retain ownership of the content and business information you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and publish that content to your connected platforms as you direct.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party platforms will accept or retain any publication.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and disconnect any platform at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
